The main goal of this 1-2-1 coaching is to build strength. You will get strong AF and still see some hyperthrophy adaptations. You will be following my program at your maintenance calories or small surplus.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Your training program will be built specifically to your goal providing the solutions, and accountability to help get the best out of you.
You will also receive a personalised fitness plan to follow outside of our 1-2-1 PT session for maximum results. You can choose from 2, 3 or 4 days split. Each session is 60 minutes long.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
You will get access to my private mobile app where you can track your calories/ macros, body measurements and daily steps.
You´ll also receive FREE PDF nutrition guide.
HOW WE´LL TRACK YOUR PROGRESS?
Your program will be divided into phases and updated regularly.
Our first session will include a fitness test and body measurements to track your progress and keep you motivated to make sure you are hitting your goals.
