THE COMPLETE BEGINNER
This workout program is built for beginners who want to start working towards their fitness goals, learn about how to use the gym machines, maintain correct lifting technique and learn about flexible dieting.
THE FEMALE BUILD
This is a bulking phase. The main goal of this workout program is to build muscle. You will be following this program at your maintenance calories or a small surplus. Expect to gain a small percentage of body fat during your bulk.
This is a cutting phase. The main goal of this workout program is to shed body fat whilst maintaining muscle mass. You will be following this program in a calorie deficit. Expect to feel slightly depleted during your cut.
